Blocking People

Blocking people should also make it such that their forum posts do not appear to the person that has blocked them.

This seems to be standard forum practice across the net and would stop the 'stalking' that people engage in across the forums when they wish to continue antagonizing people.

    Please consider.  Thanks.

you mean if a person you block shows up in any thread you just want a blank space for that comment?  seems like that would be even more maddening since you would be the only one not knowing what is being said when they respond to one of your posts.

    what's the #30 mean?

You took the question right off my keyboard. What's it mean?

maybe it is the "inspected by" number that you find in your pants after the third or fourth wearing.  of course, i rarely find all 30, usually just one or two.

It should depend upon which country they choose to display in their profile.  If it's Vatican City, I'm with ya'.

Yes, it's pretty impossible to do. There's one person whose comments I'd rather not be aware of, but I couldn't figure out a way 'complete blocking' could be implementedLaughing

Do you mean that the blocker's forum posts should not appear to the person who is blocked?

If I ever want to give up witty, intelligent posts, then I'll block you, LisaVLaughing

Seriously, I agree with the OP.  Just ignore the troll blah blah still ruins the enjoyment of the forums if the troll is a culero gigante.

I would suggest making forum blocking an option as well.  Some blocked people are benign and do their own thing.  Some remain mosquitos, and why should we put up with the friction?
