I have been in more games than I would like to count in which I try to make a move, but the piece freezes and will not go where I want it to go. It often happens when I am about to take an opponent's piece or checkmate the opponent, sometimes several times. Is this a flaw in the system or have some opponents hacked into the system in order to cheat?

I am continuing to have this problem and have lost several more games due to the chess piece sticking and not going where I want it to. Is this caused by a PC problem on my end or has chess.com been having this problem with several users? If it is a PC problem, is there anything I can do to fix it?
