On Chess Potpourri, Biyiasas - Mar, Cal state championship, 1984, Rf6 is correct, then h5, but I played g5 marked wrong but it threatens g4 with no defense. If hxg6 en passant, Rxg6+ transposing to the text in the same # of moves. This should be an alternative answer.
