Closed account labelling & listing

    After recent events I think chess.com should change the "ACCOUNT CLOSED FOR CHEATING" profile banner to "ACCOUNT CLOSED BY CHESS.COM STAFF".

    I also think that the "Chess.com - List of Caught Cheaters" should be changed to "List of Player Accounts Closed by Chess.com Staff".
