Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan. A big, bouncy fan... But this is just as "inappropriate" (I don't think it actually is at all) as the words that get censored in live chess (which I also don't think are inappropriate really), for a little kid.

They can't preview every ad on the site. If you see ads like this, please report them using the "report ad" link, so that they can take these off the site.

Surely there is a "filter inappropriate ads" clause they could have negotiated with the ad companies.

Isn't there an option that allows chess.com to exclude getting rated R ads? Does the ad distributor push them regardless? 

How come premium members don't get these ads?

I use firefox and have NEVER seen an ad.  But now I'm considering switching to a less sophisticated browser ;)

If you look at that picture, you'll see Namoroka (=firefox) minimized. I use noscript with that, but they don't seem to have it for chromium yet.
