A simple idea I had today was what about full screen board for live chess?  I would love to be able to switch my board to full size and have it fill my screen.  What are some thoughts on this, and from a staff/programmer stand point how feasible is something like this?

Full screen on the videos would require better definition in recording making it a much larger download.  Otherwise it would be very grainy.  I do not see that happening soon.  Years ago high-speed internet was an expensive luxury.  Commonplace today.

Perhaps the same will happen with T1 lines.  But I am not going to hold my breath.

Live Chess, full screen would also take higher resolution or it would be grainy.  Plus, what about the other stuff.  Chat, etc.

Unfortunately, there is a balance between download size and speed.  Live Chess is amazing in its new version.  I doubt screen size will be an improvement to make that will be on the list anytime soon.

But I am often wrong.

I think chat and other things would have to go.  Once you leave full screen you can chat/challenge etc.
