I see a note that I have a draw offer, however, I have not found how I can accept the offer. 

should be a button you can click to accept the draw (lower right corner??)

btw - you have to be in the game itself to accept the draw.

I'm in the game, signed in, and there is no button indicating I can accept the draw. I've opened both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer to see if a button might show. A green button is partially cut off and is not identified, but clicking it gets no obvious result.

I've also checked the Facebook page and see no button to accept the draw.

don't know what to tell you; probably better check with chess.com. I've never seen this one before. 

There should be accept decline after the notification, a screenshot might help

Sorry you are experiencing this problem.

I would just like to ask a few question to help identify the problem and hopefully be able to provide a solution.

1) What device are you using? (PC/Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone)

2)What Operating System? (Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac, Ubuntu, Android, Iphone)

and are you reffering to online chess or live chess?

Also make sure you always use Firefox or Chrome, not Internet Explorer
