I Get it! I Get it!
Sure, they all Look like me, but I'm an atypical MIL. Want proof? Message my darling son-in-law Ben, who plays chess here as "tenorbp." He'll tell you the truth.......maybe.
Okay I believe you, I don't have to talk to Durwood. And anyway, "I think I have a sick headache" (heehee!).

Mother-in-Law you are superb and far too humble. Your wry sense of humor has inspired me to see the World more positively.
Oh great, now look what you've done, MIL...

Define 'atypical'
wow there are so many smilie icons when I click on the smiley face ...
who knew?
atypical=not typical
For this they pay me? (oh wait...they don't).
Andy, et al.,
Meet my son-in-law "Durwood," who currently seems to be enjoying newly discovered smiley icons as he improves his vocabulary. I love him very much and approve of everything he says and does, since 9 months ago he played a crucial role in launching the process which will culminate In SIX DAYS in the birth of my First Grandchild! All praise to tenorbp!
To Saintpauliana,
Sorry I didn't thank you sooner for your lovely compliment. I was really thrown for a loop---pleased and embarrassed--- apparently someone I didn't know at All had "gotten" what I'd been secretly hoping to do with my silly forum entries --it was pretty spooky, like you were reading my mind. Can we keep this just between us?
That's wonderful news, MIL! Now, if you would be so kind, would you please explain the following...er, discrepancy:
Frankly, Mr. Clifton, I never bothered to actually look at Darwin's face. People told me my daughter's husband had been replaced by some other Dagwood, but what difference could it really make? Ask me something more interesting, if you like --- or not. Yours Truly, Endora
It has long been my suspicion that you put a spell on your daughter, then switched Dumdums on her so she wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
I never have quite been able to figure out your motive for this, other than sheer mischievousness (a fine enough motive in its own right!). You also seem to have worked your magic (so to speak) on Larry Tate:
And Abner Kravitz:
Oh, I'd have been all over Abner, if his wife hadn't been such a busybody!
which one? (heehee!)
