LARGER time clocks..

Joey...talked with a customer of mine...web designer. we went to this website and checked the script...He said you CANNOT change the clock from what he saw with a plugin. Let's be intelligent here guys. What I asked for, and nothing more, was for interested parties to request from management larger clocks on the website...that is pretty straightforward. Mark the troll decided to make a smartaleck remark. That's what the contention is about..he's a jerk, simple. Here's the business reality...this is payed website. They ASK that you and I make suggestions! I did. Simple as that. Then I asked others who felt the same to do likewise. Then I get jerkoff attacking me and hoping to make ten bucks off me, I guess. Now, as far as learning computers...I built my first one in "98 and three since then. I have spent literally hundreds and hundreds of hours on line and on telephone's with support personal. But...I am not programmer. To say I should be one is absurd. Are you car mechanic? When most everyone drives one! NO...well well...guess we can't be everything. But I am paying customer at this website and expect the very best service they can provide. I will continue to lobby for larger clocks..simple as that, because it will make the site more useful and enjoyable. Thanks for posts guys...now I would like to hear from others with similar requests, not advice on programming.

Ten bucks LOL.  If you think I'm doing anything for ten bucks I have some bad news.

But if you (or your "web designer" friend) wants to put some action on whether I can make a plugin to enlarge the clocks, find me under a bridge near you and we can talk....

HIP: How about we go to one of those sites we both like, where even the silicon chips have silicon implants?

    Computer: (Silence)

HIP: But, compy, youre my only friend

Computer: Sigh....Will you just shut up and go back to playing chess, fool?

You would have to apply the changed script every time you logged in as I understand it. But beside the point, I have been mechanic, plumber, contractor, I can get my networks set up..before they did it almost automatically, I can build computers..and have...have removed virulent strains of virus that takes a week or more of work, going to numerous specialty web sites to accomlish it, can install high end heat and air conditioning systems, build tight high end construction decks, run home electrical wiring systems, manage 80 employees in hospitals, perform job of  EMT, use photoshop, fix virtually anything in or around my home. I set up and repair and assist others in computer problems. I have spoken to a web designer and an computer PHD programmer and neither thought the idea of a plug-in made sense. Much more useful to have web designer of site change the programming to simply include a function "exactly the same" as the enlarge board feature to include the clocks! Now that makes sense is would be relatively simple for them to do...any others interested in seeing that, please request from management...thanx..

LOL no you wouldn't have to apply the "changed script" every time you log in.  You have no idea what you're talking about yet you have two people right here who do telling you you are wrong and you still persist in arguing.

People who persist in arguing about subjects about which they are ignorant don't fare too well in general.  Your fate worries me.  Frown

The rest of your diatribe sill shows that you apparently still don't get that NOBODY ELSE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SIZE OF THE CLOCKS.  What wouldn't "make sense" is for chess.com to spend staff developer time on an issue that ONE out of a million members has a problem with.  Got it?

are you their spokesperson? Haha ..what a joke you are sonny. Get lost. If you think you can write program...prove or shut up. Write the script or stop posting about how easy it is. Ignorance is no excuse for your attitude in need of adjustment, but there is no doubt you have no lack of ignorance and crassness.  You are a loudmouth, useless poster. I am asking for comments or actions by those with a similar request from management. You say you have no interest in the problem, so get lost biscuit. Better yet, keep posting so I can router out your orifice every day... AND.. keep my request at head of list where more people see it, which serves my purpose and apparently not yours. LOL What a stupid troll you are..hehehehhahaa

thnaks eaglejorge..guess idiot troll shut up...Please, anyone interested in larger clocks please request from management. this seems the only avenue to get more people to request from management to do "their job", which is improve web site! It is NOT a large project for web designer, but it would make site much more useful...

Give it a rest, troll.  It's not going to happen all of a sudden just because you set up a fake account so that you would have a "+1".

Did you request a larger clock from management mark000? I know you admit you cannot make a app for the change, so just ask management to have a web designer make the small change to website, (just like the board size) to increase clock size. Thanx in advance.

Poor Scionny.  So desperate to get his little thread bumped up he replies to posts nobody wrote.  You're right, I cannot make an "app" for the change.  I never said I could.  I said I can make a plugin.  That would be very easy.  And, no, I have not done so because I have no personal need for it and no one has offered me the requisite compensation to do it.  Perhaps the invisible man behind your duplicate account would be interested?

are you STILL responding to posts that you have claimed "interest in"?! Haha...what a useless excuse for a human skin sack you are. I have only interest in others who see that time clocks are too small to make request to management to create larger time clocks exactly as the board size can be enlarged. Not much to ask, to make the payed website more user friendly. Thanx in advance to other interested parties...As for turdsniffer troll markie000...get a life ...hahaha

    clock size sux.. correct

Sorry an idiot troll has latched onto this thread...but if enough paying customers ask for ability to change clock size, as the board size is programmed  then maybe website owners will do something next update...

Glad YOU don't speak for management troll idiot..LOL...What a turd you really are.  So, back to thread...if enough users ask that the website we PAY for give the option to increase clock size, they WILL do it, because it's paying customers demanding it. Simple as that...or rather simple as the markidiot kid..
