When I start a 'new game' while in ' play live chess' , it takes very, very long to load. It can take up to minutes. Sometimes I have to retry a few times to get a game going.

I am premium member and I use windows explorer 8 with Windows Firewall and Avast Antivirus.

Any suggestions or with regret I will have quit from chess.com.

Are you using cable, wifi or usb internet stick ?

even i am a premium member and have windows explorer 8 but i dont seem to have those problems . is your computer old or which company is it . maybe you have to delete some unwanted files frrom it .
