There was plenty of notice, I have been using the new format for over a month. Erik, you could have changed one button on the website and received the same nonsense, don't listen to these people who can't except change, the new format is great.
The staff was polite to chalie's concern, it's that idiot jwh315 who is being arrogant. if he's not happy with something he can say whatever, i hope you are not one of the staffs, cos you attitude sucks....Anyway charlie, if you dont like something, u say it with calmness and not with such harsh tone. gentle does it firm. @cookiemonster, this is not a site for advertizing others....anyway i hope we are all civil to eachother. By the way JWH315, i apologise for my choice of words.
I want a choice on format or I'm cancelling my premium account.
The site was fine the way it was and you turned it into a cartoon. It's very hard to navigate around.
I'm not paying for this site if you will not give me a choice. I don't care how much you like the new format, or how much effort went into it. I'm not saying kill it with fire, I'm saying I don't like it, I don't want it, and I absolutely will not pay for it.
On a personal note, this has absolute parallels with Facebook and their Timeline format.
It is good and innovative to create new formats for your site. However it is the height of arrogance to force huge changes on subscribers with zero notice.
