Need a new link on the home page!

Here we go again, another freaking spammer, sksharma88!

I have gotten so sick and tired of having to dig thru 4 or 5 levels of help screens just to get to the point of reporting people to admins.  Yeah, I know freaking well that you aren't supposed to report people that socially hurt your feelings, even though apparently chess.com feels like they have to explain thru multiple screens not to report such people.

I report spammers - Advertising for sales, sex, International Phone Numbers for expensive services, etc.  Well, this time I'm reporting it here because searching thru 4 or 5 screens of help to get to the page to report these people has gotten to be too much.

Therefore, I suggest a direct link from the home page to report spammers!
