Apart from FIDE, only the USCF and BCF national chess federations are allowed as options, yet I am pretty sure there are many more national chess federations that are FIDE accredited.  Perhaps its time to include these other national chess federations in the list, or at least create a generic OTB rating for those not unfew people who don't live in either of those countries.

Yeah that is true - ACF could be a start.
