On the index of waiting games it would be good to have an indicator showing the  games which have conditional moves entered.

Agreed -- only your own games though.  I don't think you should be able to see if others have conditional moves on their games (particularly your opponents).

I would like to play chess without conditional moves. Is it possible? If so how?

Seriously, there's no reason your opponent's should be prevented from being able to use conditional moves if they want to.

Perhaps creating a group for like minded players who agree not to use them and playing games only against other members of that group would work.
