For the comments by players, instead of dating the comment as # hours ago, n days ago, etc. why not put in the date the comment was made?

Also, when a problem is fixed, modified whatever, delete the previous comments as they no longer apply.

At the very least there should be a comment noting that the puzzle was changed by the person that changes it. Maybe even a FEN string of what the position used to look like for the curious.
