Hi - This has no doubt come up before: can team/group match announcement msgs show the actual sender? Right now they list 'CHESScom staff" as the sender.

If it is a team match announcement for a team you are a member of, those are automatic from the server.  You can turn those off if you don't like them.

I don't want to turn them off - I would just like to know which team/group they are coming from. I am on a few teams/groups; one is very, very active (like 5-10 new matches a day!) and I am playing enough games with them for now. I'd like to play more with the less active teams and would rather not wade through all the msgs to find the ones I want.

Seems like a very simple thing to implement on the sever end.

I think they just don't want replies from people that don't understand what's really going on.
