three move resign bullet

has anyone else run into this :

or some variation of? white is obviously going for a cheap win and when that doesn't happen, abuses chess.com policies by resigning and not losing points. I am not sure how to deal with this beside just not playing those people. I was also wondering if chess.com could change the policy to include a rating change for this and perhaps penalize white for this.

chess.com has over 2 million members. Ignore these abusers and enjoy playing the normal.

It seems like chess.com should decrease the number of "grace" moves during which a player can quit / forfeit without any change to the ratings. If both players make two moves, that should be enough to make the game count, and it would eliminate this sort of cheap gimmick.
