I am playing a member on a 24 hour cycle instigated by me.  After every move this member makes he goes on vacation.  I consider this an abuse of the vacation feature.

I have pointed this matter out to chess.com and am awaiting a response.  I feel the game choud be voided and restarted and played properly.

That won't happen. Vacation is used in many ways and you can't abort a game on vacation time.
