I think this is a very important point so I wanted to let the staff know about this. When someone losses 1 or two or even 3 games due to time, they should automatically be put on vacation mode. It happened to me where I was not able to get to a computer due to very personal reasons, which I will not share (only those who message me), and I lost over 20 or so. When I came back from where I was I saw that my loss total was more than 30 and previously before I was available my lost total was around 5 or 7.

 There should be a some kind of a trigger in the system for this very reason. I’m not mad or upset, I just figure this is being a weakness can be put into an opportunity which becomes a strength. Thank you for listening. 

But since you are a premium member you cannot lose on time as long as you have some vacation time left. We have so called auto-vacation which means we are put on vacation mode when we are about to lose to time. I am not sure how much time to make a move has to be left to go on vacation automatically but it was about 30 minutes in my case.

Are you sure you didn`t lose those games in a no-vacation tournament?

I also recommend Japan -- expect to pay though.  Can't speak to Greece, although I have to imagine it would be relatively inexpensive right around now.  It's on my list too.
