What advice would you give CHESScom (things to improve in ...etc.)?

^^ It never was. First there wasn't, then it was for premium members only. The demo wasn't the real thing.

One weekly or one monthly demo on a chess game played by a Gm or another person with commentaries reviewing the full game and not only a segment of it.

Why you ask? Well some demos or games that I have watched have nothing really original and I am positive that as the game progresses, the material and commentaries are more interesting and useful. And since I cannot listen to even one full game a month with commentaries, I simply loose my appetite for upgrading as I do not know what is offered, it's worst than a blind or silent bid on an articleas at least I know what I will get if I have the highest bid.

In any expense put forward one must see the value in investing, whether it be in a higher membership level oir any other expense, otherwise it is frivolous and wasted money if the application cannot be assessed to it's value.

I need to justify to myself the payment for an upgrade!

Here is one sample from today: VIDEO: USCL - Game of the Week; v. GM Kacheishvili

    http://www.chess.com/video/player/us-chess-league---gotw-v-gm-kacheishvili

The video lasts 3:39 minutes and offers very little as an attractor to upgrade, obviously depends on your chess play level.

I woul have liked to have this video go to the end to see what material is offered and  explained.

Since paul211 responded to this, I feel obliged to suggest that there should be other ways to gain premium membership other than paying for it. As far as I can see, paul211 makes an enormous contribution to the chess.com community with his willingness to mentor people here. I would suggest something like "chess miles" that can be earned by adding value to chess.com in the many ways possible.
