What advice would you give CHESScom (things to improve in ...etc.)?

make live chess 'premium' available for everyone, like before

^^ It never was. First there wasn't, then it was for premium members only. The demo wasn't the real thing.

Since paul211 responded to this, I feel obliged to suggest that there should be other ways to gain premium membership other than paying for it. As far as I can see, paul211 makes an enormous contribution to the chess.com community with his willingness to mentor people here. I would suggest something like "chess miles" that can be earned by adding value to chess.com in the many ways possible.
