Resolved: Where is the 50 move rule? 222 move game ending in a draw

I got into a game where my opponent could only perpetual check me, but no draw was offered nor accepted. Instead, he kept delaying and waiting, hoping I'd just give in and settle for a loss. I held on until we finally reached a draw by repetition. Why doesn't the 50 moves w/o a capture rule apply here? This type of game "sharking" could be avoided if the game engine was able to enforce this. Here's the game by PGN

222 moves?!? Really, Chess.com? Additionally, whenever a player makes a move  that has been "premoved" or makes it quickly enough, his timer actually begins to INCREASE by 10 seconds or so. I had over 35 MINUTES of time, and my opponent was wavering between 1 min and 5 mins depending on how fast he was moving, because a fast move actually ADDS time to your clock. This could have gone on FOREVER! To put this in perspective, I created this game as a 15 min game for both sides, yet I had over 35 mins of clock time before the draw finally happened. You NEED to fix this bug ASAP!

might be the programming to calculate 'draw on  captureless 50 moves unless a pawn forwards' is not possible / was tough to impliment when chess.com made..anyway does this rule applys for fritz/chessmaster etc?

I seem to recall an exploit in the code where if the opponent pre-moves, it becomes much harder to claim draws. This was a while back, so maybe they fixed that bug. Regardless, just about every other site uses code to auto-detect 3-folds and 50-movers. I've heard the arguments against it, but I'm just not buying it.

I did click the "Draw" button. He refused to accept. Instead, he'd wait until his timer started ticking down (4 or 5 mins at a time), then start making checks over and over. Every time he'd move it was within a second or 2, so that his clock would start to increase by 10 seconds or so every time he'd move. And my clock was also increasing, so that I wound up having over 35 MINUTES of clock time in a 15 min game. The total time the game took was at least an hour and a half.

You should have clicked the button again when the 3-fold repetition rule (or the 50 moves rule) applied. Then it no longer means "offer draw" but instead "claim draw". Maybe the label of the button should change to make that clearer.

Is it 50 moves when I move a piece 50 times or if I have made 25 moves and my opponent has made 25 moves?

Listen troll.  I did read that before I ever posted on here.  It doesnt answer my question which is why i specified it.  Is it 50 times white moves or 25 times white moves?  If that version clarifies it for you.  Unless you didn't really read my post in the first place.
