Play in groups of 4, with only the top player of each quad advancing to the next round.Tiebreaking points are in effect. You play each opponent in your quad twice: once as black, once as white, so you play six games each round.
Open to all players of all ratings, provided you've played at least one rated game, and a (reasonable) timeout percentage of less than 10%.
Tournament begins once all quads are full.
