I'm a bit confused by this one. (Well, confusion is nothing new for me.)
Anyway, I have come across a player resigning following their second move during a tournament game (not against me but it seems as though it will likely impact the standings/advancement as the round is nearly over). Incidentally, the played moves were quite standard. I am assuming that as the website doesn't block players from such a resignation, this is not against the rules.
My question is not directly about cheating since this is not a cheating forum. My question is: how common is this kind of thing on chess.com?
