How long does it take to play a game of chess.  Bird's Opening Tourn needs to END, its seems players dont like to finish or lose a game of chess.

Some of the e-chess games can take a very long time, I finished one a few weeks back that started in February, though admittedly, that is MUCH longer than normal. It's the nature of the beast, the fact that there is no way to predict just how long the games will take. I would recommend picking up a few more games to play so that you have something to do while waiting for your turn. Or try a few games in Live Chess.

Also, keep in mind, once YOUR games are done in that tournament, you are able to join another tournament. You do not have to wait for the entire tourney to finish.
