I am a member of both Team Scandinavia and We chat global. When these groups now are competing in a tournament, I wonder: Is there any problems concerned with participating for one of my groups against the other? Can I choose for free? Or is it a part of the game that I shall not participate in such a situation?
I hope someone can tell me if there is a clear answer to the questions.

Yes, you can choose to play for one of the teams but only one team so long as you play honestly for that one team.
I think that if you are a member of two teams then you loyalties should be equal to both. So a person shouldn't participate in competitions between them. It seems very strange to me, to be a member of a team and compete against them. I think it all depends on how serious a person is about being a team member.
he he det er vel liksom en del av jobben din det der å være opptatt av habilitet..lojalitet til medlemskap i et team....jaja. ere ikke for gøy dette a?
I recognise that I am free after the "book".
For what it is worth: I decided not to participate on either of the teams in the described situation. I realise that it - even if we are playing just for fun - isn't natural to compete against a team that I joined "shoulder by shoulder" in other tournaments. Split lojalty isn't fun. To avoid such situations: Avoid membership in too many groups.
Til Hansgg: Jo det er moro, og det hender det er lojalitetskonflikter (i form av spørsmål om habilitet) i jobbsammenheng. Og: Det er moro å spille sjakk.
