Does anyone know any good rules of thumb for forcing a player to withdrawl from a tournament ? 

It has been about 36 days since the last login of this player. They have a month of vacation left. I did allow vacation. I am questioning if the player cares. It is also entirely possible something bad happened to them.

Maybe I'd be doing them a favor in saving the rest of their vacation as opposed to allowing it be used ?

I welcome everyone's thoughts...
