All games are simultaneous in a Tournament?

I wonder if someone can help me with this:

I'm trying to put together a small tournament (10 players, 1 round, etc.), but have a question:

All games start at the same time? Every player would then have to play simultaneously 18? I know I can limit the game per opponent, to make them 9, but can I establish a way not to have all the games at the same time whatsoever? I don want to keep to just one group.

    Thanks,

The site has this round robin format only.

You can set up non-standard format tournaments, such as swiss style, manually. You as the tournament director decide the pairings. Players challenge each other and report the outcomes to you when the game is over. You advise who to challenge next.

One game at a time with 18 rounds should take awhile.
