How dows the scoring system work in tournaments?
4 players will get 5/5 yet only 1 person gets gold and the rest get silver or brown medals- Doenst make any sense.
Also it would be nice if the scoring system actual gave you a reward of some "Score" not just a medal that's (lets face it) is worthless.
See here for an explanation of the single tiebreak used on the site. With a single tiebreak there will be times where there are multiple Gold medals awarded.
Live tournaments are in their infancy on the site. Sometime in the near or far future you will be rewarded with worthless Leaderboard points similar to the ones for Online (correspondence style) tournaments. http://www.chess.com/tournaments/leaderboard.html
