please tell me how do i create a tournament iv realy want to?

I don't think members can CREATE their own Live Chess tournaments. (See how-do-live-tournaments-work-where-can-i-join-one about how to join Live Chess tournaments.)

Online Chess tournaments can be started from PLAY -> Tournaments -> Create Tournament.

When you just become a member it says what you can do it says a lot of things including create a tournament! so your wrong :) ecsept i cant find where you make them so thats why i asked ok.
