How tourney winner determined?

I am currently in a tourney in the last round with only 2 players left (http://www.chess.com/tournament/a-chance-for-beginners-to-win).

I was wondering if the tourney winner is determined by points in the last round or by points over the entire tourney (you will note that even if I lose all my last round games I will still have most points over entire tourney).

Side question. The person who came in third in total points standing was eliminated last round. Is he still considered to be third? Or is there no third place in this case?

Thanks.

I know in the tournaments I used to play in high school, it was always the high score of the whole tourney. I have no idea how they do it on here.

Good luck!

You and the other person in the group will be first, tied for first or second based on the results of the final round.

Third place will be the best score of the previous round.

And the answer is... (in case anyone was wondering)

See the following tourney result of the tourney in question. Winner is based on points of last round, not on total points in whole tourney. And a player eliminated in a previous round can come in third.
