How to join a tournaments?

You can go to "My Home" and then "Tournaments" (http://www.chess.com/tournaments/myhome.html) where you will find the "Upcoming Tournaments" section.

Also, please take a look at http://www.chess.com/tournaments/help.html for more information on tournaments.
