Hi everybody!

I should keep announcing this every now and again.

I have 2 of now the newest and growing chess.com competitions.

1. The Junior International Cup (Under 18 World League)

The 2015 competition started a few days ago, to make it it's 2nd ever Junior International Cup competition. The 2014 Grand final is still pending between Australia and Greece. It's 10 players per team, and the score is 9-4 to Australia. Looks like it will be the Aussies getting up in 2014. But, it's more of a challenge in 2015, as now Canada and India looking to have strong sides. In 2014, we had 1 titled player particapate NM adypady02 from America, already 2 new titled players have played in a 2015 match. Both from Canada, CM EugeneHua and CM fancyknightmaneuvers. Now, as I said earlier, the signups closed on November 15, but, it's not over yet. Signups also closed for 2 brand new competitions coming into 2015. The chess960 and the vote chess, which didnt get as much teams as the original compeition, but it will grow. There is still 1 more competition to sign up for. The Continent Leagues! Closes on December 2. So, now is your oppurtunity to sign up. Only 2 players per country is needed. More details on signing up is here:

We are not through yet" here to sign your country up. Just note, if your country has more than 20 members when you join it, they are an active group and will probably sign up. But most of them aren't that active. So, don't sign your team up if it has at least 10 players. You must have 2 players that are willing to join a few matches to sign your team up.
