I have recently been been playing in the Sicilian Alapin open where the the top two players are supposed to advance to the next level. The top player's account was closed and am third to advance to the next level. Should I not be allowed to advance to the next level, since the top player has been disqualified?

Please refer to the Sicilian Alapin Open Group #3.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks
