Well, you only have to wait 3 days and 3 hours more before the vacation runs out, unless the user logs back on and moves before then.
It's possible the user is actually on vacation and I'm pretty sure the site won't arbitrarily decide they aren't and do anything other than wait until the vacation is up. It really doesn't appear the user is stalling a loss by going on vacation; that is one thing where they might step in and do something.
Also, the name and shame rule will apply here and it is actually you who is doing something wrong.

No, not at all. Everyone playing in the tournament can already see that information. Play in 'no vacation tournaments and stop whining. Simple.
There should be an exception to the "name and shame" rule for people stupid enough to complain about people using their rightfully allotted time.

Well, you can take as much vacation as you have, plus you get two days a month. There is a max amount you can have at any one point, based on the membership level.
But luckily, it hasn't been 4 months, just a little over 2 since the tourney started, likely a little less since his last move, and you only have a couple days left to wait.
