I don't think so, that would be way too many membership prizes handed out. Anyways tournament involvement is fine, it doesn't need significantly more people.

but i will ask you this wouldnt you want a better membership people like me havent got the possibility of buying a membership. atleast there would be a possibility for getting one and playing better chess.

This simply wouldn't work- there would be way too many cheaters. When I made a tournament competing for membership, I had to kick a couple of cheaters out. Imagine the number of them that would be driven to such measures in even larger tournaments!

It doesn't matter if you know they cheat or not, the fact that some kind of actual prize would just encourage cheaters. I don't really care in the regular games, because all their doing is inflating their egos with false high ratings.
