I want to participate in some tournaments, however the system says:

You must have a timeout ratio lower than 10% to play in this tournament.

Please tell me how to solve this problem. Thanks a lot!Smile

Just keep playing games, and DON'T lose on time.
Your timeout percentage is what % of your games to time out on. If you timed out on 9 games, and played 69, that is 14% timeouts, and thus you cannot play in that tournament. Now, say you have still timed out on 9 games, but have played twice as many games. Then you have played 138 games. That would leave you timeout % at 7%, and you could play. :)

Simply put, play games, and don't lose on time. Laughing

Something else to watch.  I lost one game on time because I played a 1 day move.  I wasn't able to get back to the game due to family issue and lost on time.  So I avoid games on 1 day move.

Also, by becoming a premium member, vacation time helps to prevent you from losing on time.
