Please explain the tiebreak process in chess.com tournaments.
I think they just count it as a tie.
From now on click on Help & Support at the bottom of the page first and you won't have to wait around for an answer in many cases because you'll find it yourself - and it will be usually be a lot more helpful than I think they just count it as a tie.
