Has anyone been in a Tourney where ALL of the final round players tied for that round, including TieBreak for that round?

I notice the TOTAL tiebreak points are listed in the "standings" section of tourneys.  Is there a purpose for this?  Specifically, what if all players in the final round are tied, including their TieBreak points for that final round, BUT, and this is a very large BUT (you've probably never even seeeen a BUT this big lol) their TOTAL TieBreak points (as listed in the "standings" section) are different.  My specifically directed inquiry becomes:

If the FINAL ROUND TieBreak points are tied, does it just end there as a tie, or do the TOTAL TieBreak points for the entire tournament come in to play?  This is from "Coffee House Chess" Tourney and could very easily end in this exact scenario, with all 4 of the final round players tied for the FINAL round, but NOT tied for TOTAL TieBreak.

To my mind, because a player can be ahead in TOTAL wins and still LOSE the Tourney in the FINAL round, logic dictates that the TieBreak does the same thing, with ONLY the FINAL round statistics having relevance.

Three tied in the final round.  http://www.chess.com/tournaments/pairings.html?id=28131&round=2

Tournament totals are irrelevant.

#1  KWD111 (1635)
(79 points awarded)
6-2-0 6 8 Round 2 -> 2 | 4
#1  ooo000ooo (1606)
(79 points awarded)
4-2-0 4 4 Round 2 -> 2 | 4
#1  xerxes69 (1592)
(79 points awarded)
4-4-0 4 6 Round 2 -> 2 | 4

All three are awarded gold medals and interestingly full first place points not a one third share of first second and third place points.
