I am concerned with what appears to be irregularities in the game time and vacation time allowances given to one opponent in the final of a tournament we are currently playing.

In mid-March I wrote to chess.com suport pointing out that this oppenent should have already lost on time if one took literally the rules of game time allowance and vacation time allowance.  I received an unsatisfactory answer assuring me that it is impossible for my opponent to manipulate the time allowances but not explaining how the concerning statistical information I provided could occur within the rules.

Since then my opponent has gained 4 extra weeks vacation allowance and several days game time allowance ALL WITHOUT MAKING ONE MOVE.  It seems he has access (with or without his attempting to gain this advantage) to an automatically replenishing time that guarantees he will never lose on time.  (By my calculation he should have lost to me and many other games on time.) 

Is anyone else experiencing these diffulties.
