I think you might have the wrong idea of a 'timeout'. On this site, a timeout is when you run out of time to make a move.

You seem to think it's requesting a break.

In your online settings, select go on Vacation, the amount of time you have left is listed there.

if you are a gold, diamond or premium member you get vacation so you don't lose on time? (timeout)
