My timeout percentage is very high and I havent been on vacation for a long time! Is there anyway to change this as they are not allowing me to play tourneys? Or are there any tourneys which allow any member?

Timeouts count for 90 days. Just wait until they go away.

There may be tournaments you can enter. The timeout % setting is not displayed unless the TDs enters it in the title or the description. You have to try entering every one on the list.
