    Sorry folks for my ignorance. What does a "6(2)->1" format mean?

    6 players, 2 games vs each player....top guy advances...

    they are only used if first and second are tied in points....

    I thought a "+" symbol indicated that tiebreaks were used. Therefore, if the top two players are tied in points, then both advance if tiebreaks are not used... I think.
