I have a question.  You enter a tournament that is designed for a certain range of players only.  You enter the tournament fully within the range.  You win the first round but during the course of play your rating has advanced beyond the range of the tournament.  Are you allowed to go to the second round, being matched against players of similar strength, or is a whole new tournament created?

No, you should stay within the same tournament you started in and advance to the next round in that tournament.

You should be first in group to go in next round.
