They were probably, but not all tournaments have that kind of settings.
The best thing you can do there is to play games and finished it without losing on time. THis way, your timeout ratio lowers and soon can later on chess.com tournaments.
Helpful answers please, never mind stating the bleedin obvious!
Specifically can anyone name a tournament that I can enter with a relatively high timeout ratio please?
