OK answered my own question ... just resigned before any moves
It DOES change rating .... but far better than not enjoying a game
...
PS - and I suppose there is no way to "avoid" or block people in tourneys .... ;)
Your opponent has an Avg. Time per move of 14 hrs 35 min. Choose tournaments where the tournament director has used the Avg. Time/Move setting to block the slower players.
