    OK answered my own question ... just resigned before any moves

    It DOES change rating .... but far better than not enjoying a game

    Your opponent has an Avg. Time per move of 14 hrs 35 min. Choose tournaments where the tournament director has used the Avg. Time/Move setting to block the slower players.
