Are there any tournaments here that are U18 year old? I'm 17 and I'd like to chance to meet other younger players.

that sounds like a good idea i might make a smaller one of those types of games cuz the maximum size game i can make is 7 players do to the fact that im not a premium member  and i too am 17

How would you know whether someone was U18 or not?

ill try to join but i am currently in a tourney and am unable to participate in more than one tournament at a time

yeah, I'm kinda in a dilemna too. I have to finish a few games to get my timeout percentage down so I'm gonna need probably a week.
