Vacation abuse in tournaments

I have a question regarding use of vacation time to prolong an obviously lost game in tournaments. I'm currently directing a tournament in which one player has two queens to his opponents' lone king and the player with no pieces is in a forced mate in 1, however, instead of playing to the mate or resigning, he has been on vacation for quite some time. Is there any way for chess.com to adjudicate the game as a loss to the player who is stalling for time in the tournament, or for me to remove said player from the tournament without effecting stats?

Here is the game in question: http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=44003835

Thank you TadDude, I've noticed the player in question has been playing other games since going on vacation in this one, as some have finished in the past two days, I sent a message to the player requesting he finish the game or resign, but if he does not comply, I will inform chess.com. Right now, there are still about 8 games left in the tournament, so it isn't holding everyone up yet.
