I wan to enter to this Tournament, but when I try to enter appear ths message..

what can I do o solve this problem?? and also.. what dos this mean??

you have lost more than 10% of your games on time.  Play some more games and finish them. 

it looks like you have had 12 games and lost 2 on time.  play 9 more games and finish them and then you will be OK.
