Finally met a long term goal of mine! Busted 1800 rating points on the site here. Was hard and will definitely head back down a bit but at least was accomplished. Next is 1900 hopefully in the next few months

Congrats!  I know how you feel since I finally hit 2000 recently.  Just a warning - If you think getting to 1800 was hard, just try holding onto that rating!

Congratulations!!!!  Hawima is right - its tougher to keep the rating expecially if you play better players to improve your game.  I dropped over 100 points after I hit 1900 but it made me a better player and now I am back up there.  Keep up the good work!

Ratings are fine, but always enjoy the games. Ratings come and go.
