     looks like white has a good game here. a center pawn advantage+ maybe minority attack on the queenside later on.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    So... is this better for white or black?

    That is VERY EARLY in the game lol.  I think it's still book at this point so even.  White has an open c-file but black has activated his light squared bishop and maybe the e-file...
